Au cours du deuxième trimestre de 2022 (avril-mai-juin), la Commission de protection des données personnelles (CDP) a reçu neuf plaintes et signalements. L’une des requêtes concerne le guide des moustarchidines, Serigne Moustapha Sy.
D’après l’avis trimestriel de la CDP, relayé dans les colonnes de Libération de ce mardi, la plainte a été déposée par un certain A. S. Elle vise un compte sur Facebook et Tik-Tok nommé «Ibn Foutiyou Tall».
Sur ces plateformes, signale le plaignant, «Ibn Foutiyou Tall» «publie régulièrement des posts injurieux, blasphématoires et inappropriés à l’endroit de Serigne Mouhamadoul Moustapha Sy (…)».
«Cette personne mal intentionnée, poursuit A. S, utilise des photos, des vidéos, le nom de Serigne Mouhamadoul Moustapha Sy sans son consentement.»
La CDP a transmis le dossier au procureur de la République et à la Division spéciale de la cybersécurité (DSC) de la police «pour enquêtes et suite à donner».
Les services de Awa Ndiaye, la présidente de la CDP, ont en outre envoyé la plainte à Meta pour «suppression des propos injurieux et diffamatoires publiés sur Facebook». «La procédure de suppression est en cours», assurent-t-ils.
