Le journal rapporte que le dossier est confié au juge du troisième cabinet.
Dans sa plainte initiale, Adja Thiaré Diaw avait visé les chefs de coups et blessures, viol et séquestration. Mais le parquet n’avait pas retenu les deux derniers.
