Khardiata Guèye a comparu, hier, au tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar, pour vol en réunion. Elle est attraite à la barre de cette juridiction par le footballeur Yankhoba Faye. Elle a écopé d’une peine de deux ans dont trois mois d’emprisonnement
Pape Yankhoba Faye n’en revient toujours pas d’avoir été manipulé et agressé par la demoiselle Khardiata Guèye et ses amis. Ce footballeur qui souhaitait entretenir une relation idyllique avec celle-ci, était loin de se douter de ce qui se tramait dans la tête de cette nymphe qui a réussi à le séduire.
Selon Yankhoba Faye, lors de leur première sortie, il était question de se retrouver dans un endroit public. Mais, dit-il, sa dulcinée préférait l’auberge ou chez lui pour ne pas se faire voir par ses proches.
‘’Lorsqu’on s’est retrouvé, elle ne cessait de communiquer avec un autre individu au bout du fil jusqu’au moment où nous sommes arrivés à la cité Millionnaire, dans une ruelle déserte. Un gars nous a fait savoir que ce lieu était une auberge et que la fille était une prostituée. Elle m’a conduit dans une ruelle où des individus armés de machettes m’ont agressé et dépouillé de mon portable et de mes 100 mille francs’’, a raconté le plaignant.
Avec assurance, il lance : ‘’Elle fait partie de ceux qui m’ont agressé et Ndongo m’a donné des coups de machette.’’
Même si les complices de celle-ci se sont échappés, Khardiata Guèye a été elle alpaguée. Appelée à la barre du tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar, cette dame, qui dit être restauratrice, conteste le fait de vol en réunion qu’on lui reproche. Âgée de 26 ans, elle renseigne qu’elle a appelé à l’aide, parce que la partie civile voulait la violer. Mais quand le magistrat lui a rappelé les déclarations qu’elle avait tenues à l’enquête, elle a avoué que c’est son petit-ami Ndongo qui a agressé la partie civile.
A la suite du plaignant qui a réclamé la somme de 450 mille francs CFA, le représentant du ministère public a requis deux ans d’emprisonnement, dont six mois ferme. L’avocate de la défense a, elle, plaidé la relaxe de sa cliente. Selon la robe noire, aucune preuve ne peut établir la culpabilité de celle-ci.
‘’Il a voulu faire le malin, parce qu’il est un joueur de foot. Après leur rencontre, il a voulu l’emmener dans une auberge. Premièrement, il l’a invitée dans une auberge avant de vouloir la conduire dans la maison d’un de ses amis. Il désiste et repart avec elle dans une autre auberge à la cité Millionnaire où il a tenté de lui faire des attouchements et la fille a crié. Il a pris la fuite, lorsqu’elle a alerté ses amis. Il n’y a pas eu de vol. C’est qu’il craignait que la fille porte plainte contre lui pour tentative de viol. Les garçons ont voulu le punir’’, a relevé la robe noire.
Finalement, le tribunal a reconnu Khardiata Guèye coupable du chef de vol qui lui est reproché. Elle a écopé d’une peine de deux ans, dont trois mois ferme. Elle est contrainte de payer 450 mille francs CFA à la partie civile, en guise de dédommagement
