Le rapport général des assises de la justice sera remis au président de la République Bassirou Diomaye Faye ce jeudi (4 juillet).
L’annonce a été faite par le Pr Babacar Gueye, facilitateur des assises de la justice lors d’une table ronde des parties prenantes au processus électoral, organisée ce lundi par le Collectif des Organisations de la Société Civile pour les Élections (COSCE) et le National Democratic Institute (NDI).
A noter que les conclusions partielles du dialogue national sur la réforme et la modernisation de la justice avaient été rendues publiques le mardi 4 juin 2024.
Le rapport contient des propositions de réforme et des recommandations visant à moderniser l’appareil judiciaire sénégalais.
