Il résulte que l’enfant a été égorgé de derrière et qu’aucune résistance n’a été détectée.
Mieux, l’arme du crime, un couteau de cuisine tacheté de sang, a été retrouvée par les gendarmes, informe Libération. Les enquêteurs qui ont été orientés vers la tante de la victime, ont aussitôt arrêté cette dernière.
Entendue par les policiers, elle a nié les faits qui lui sont reprochés. Mais cette dernière a été trahie par la caméra d’un magasin qui l’a filmée, tenant son bébé dans les bras, alors que le petit garçon la suivait.
Elle a été placée en garde-à-vue. Selon la même source, la mise en cause lavait ses habits qu’elle portait mardi, jour de la disparition du petit, tard dans la nuit. Ceux-ci sont saisis pour des analyses.
Elle aurait demandé à la maman de la victime d’aller chercher son fils qui, selon elle, serait parti avec un «Monsieur Bizarre» qui lui aurait offert 100 F Cfa.
