Le directeur de l’Agence sénégalaise de promotion des exportations (Asepex) renseigne que le volume des exportations des produits sénégalais a connu une hausse au bout d’une décennie. «Bien naturellement, on a des objectifs qui avaient l’air au départ d’être des chimères qui, aujourd’hui, sont devenues une réalité économique. Le 31 décembre 2012, nous étions à 1216,3 milliards de francs Cfa des exportations sénégalaises.
Au 31 décembre 2021, nous sommes arrivés à 2684 milliards de recettes d’exportation, soit 167% de croissance des exportations. C’est un des secteurs qui jouent dans la croissance économique. Ça ce sont des faits, c’est factuel», a fait savoir hier Dr Malick Diop au cours d’une conférence de presse tenue en prélude à la première édition du Salon du développement à l’international des Pme (Pmex) qu’organise l’Agence de développement et d’encadrement des Petites et moyennes entreprises (Adepme), en partenariat avec l’Agence nationale pour le promotion des grands investissement et des grands travaux (Apix) et l’Agence sénégalaise de promotion des exportations (Asepex).
Ce Salon, qui aura lieu du 23 au 25 juin 2022 au Centre des expositions de Diamniadio, entre dans le cadre de l’achèvement du Programme de développement du tourisme et des entreprises (Pdte) financé par la Banque mondiale et a pour objectif de promouvoir des champions à l’international. Il sera également l’occasion de créer un cadre d’échanges entre Pme, institutions financières et structures d’appui. Cet évènement réunira tout l’écosystème export et les Pme ayant des produits made in Sénégal exportables, selon Idrissa Diabira.
Pour sa première édition, informe le directeur de l’Adepme, «le salon sera divisé en 4 villages où seront regroupés les exposants. Plus de deux cents exposants et plus de mille cinq cents Pme sont attendus à ce carrefour d’échanges entre professionnels sénégalais désirant exporter, rencontrer des partenaires techniques et financiers, s’informer sur les grandes tendances des marchés internationaux, rencontrer des experts internationaux. Plus d’une dizaine d’ateliers sont aussi prévus durant ce salon.
Une vitrine sera offerte aux partenaires internationaux de l’Adepme ; il s’agit de structures issues des îles Canaries, du réseau des structures d’appui de l’espace Uemoa, de l’Afrique centrale et du Maghreb».
