Un fait rocambolesque secoue la mosquée Darou Salam sise à Derklé. A. Sarr, Magistrat, Président de chambre à la Cour d’Appel de Dakar et dirigeant le comité de gestion de ladite mosquée va désormais vivre avec une amputation pulpaire par section du pouce gauche. L’amputation fait suite à une bagarre qui a éclaté, lundi dernier aux environs de 12 heures, entre les membres du comité de gestion.
A l’origine de leur différend, une affaire de changement de serrure de la porte d’entrée de la mosquée à l’insu de certains membres du comité.
Sur ces entrefaites, ils se sont rappelés que Oustaz Diouf avait emprunté les clefs auprès du sieur D. Fall avant de les lui remettre. Ainsi, ayant compris que l’imam en question aurait trahi leur confiance, ils décidèrent de défoncer la porte principale de l’école coranique abritant la mosquée.
Informé, le haut Magistrat A. Sarr se dépêche sur les lieux pour constater de visu les faits. D’après des sources de Seneweb, une fois sur place, il n’a pas essayé d’obtempérer. Conséquence: une vive altercation s’ensuit, le poussant à sortir une pompe à gaz neutralisante pour pulvériser le sieur C. Diéne permettant ainsi à ses accompagnants B. Barry et M. B. Sidibé de le rouer de coups.
Agressé, malmené et abandonné à lui-même, le sieur C. Diéne n’a trouvé d’autre alternative que de mordre le doigt du Magistrat jusqu’à l’amputation.
Par la suite, A. Sarr a porté plainte pour coups et blessures volontaires. Toutes les personnes impliquées dans la bagarre, ont également porté plainte pour coups et blessures volontaires.
En définitive, l’enquête de proximité a révélé que cette mosquée est source de problèmes. Une lettre a été adressée au Préfet de Grand Dakar et au maire de Dieuppeul Derklé. Seul le 1er Magistrat de la Commune de Dieuppeul aurait convoqué le comité de gestion afin de trouver une solution à l’amiable.
L’autorité administrative n’a donné aucune suite à leur requête. Le sieur C. Diéne, asphyxié, a été déféré au parquet pour coups et blessures volontaires.
D’aucuns espèrent que cette affaire sera prise au sérieux par les autorités et qu’une sage décision sanctionnera le différend.
