L’information du site français le Parisien, évoquant l’inculpation pour viol du Président Directeur Général de la plateforme de transfert d’argent Wari, Kabirou Mbodj, est également confirmée par l’Agence France Presse (AFP).
Malgré la contestation des faits, l’homme d’affaires sénégalais a été placé sous contrôle judiciaire, le 13 octobre 2022 pour viols sur 4 femmes dont 3 dans une même soirée et une en début d’année à Paris.
« Mon client, dont je ne confirme pas l’identité, nie avec la plus grande fermeté les accusations portées contre lui. Il est parfaitement serein. L’instruction permettra de faire la lumière sur les faits et la réalité de ce dossier », a réagi auprès de l’AFP Me Philippe Zeller, avocat du suspect.
Des sources renseignent qu’en mars 2017, l’homme d’affaires franco-sénégalais avait un dossier similaire (viol) qui l’opposait à sa nièce à Dakar. Une affaire qui avait été réglée à l’amiable, nous dit-on.
