La nouvelle ministre de la Justice, Aïssata Tall Sall, a partagé sa vision pour l’amélioration de l’application de la politique pénale lors d’une réunion avec les procureurs généraux et les procureurs de la République, tenue jeudi dernier, selon des informations provenant de son cabinet.
L’objectif de cette rencontre était d’établir des liens officiels avec les procureurs.
Dans son discours aux chefs de parquet, la ministre a exprimé son désir de remodeler la pratique judiciaire pénale de manière à répondre aux attentes des citoyens, de respecter l’ordre public et de se conformer à la loi, indique un communiqué émis par son cabinet .
Aïssata Tall Sall a invité les procureurs à relever le défi d’une bonne administration de la justice tout en garantissant le respect des droits fondamentaux des citoyens.
Le ministre a souligné l’importance d’une collaboration franche et étroite entre le ministère de la Justice et les acteurs clés du système judiciaire, à savoir les chefs de parquet.
Elle a également évoqué l’impératif d’une coordination efficace des services pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie de la politique pénale. Les procureurs ont ensuite exposé leurs attentes lors de la réunion.
Les procureurs ont convenu de l’importance de maintenir un dialogue permanent et ont salué l’engagement et la disponibilité du ministre pour une justice efficiente et efficace. Ils ont exprimé leur disponibilité à entretenir une collaboration franche et sincère avec elle.
Aïssata Tall Sall, ancienne ministre des Affaires étrangères âgée de 65 ans, a été nommée ministre de la Justice le 11 octobre dernier.
