Par la même occasion, la féministe a fait le tour des communes de Dabia Odeji, Pété et Bokké pour faire un état des lieux des dispensaires qu’elle avait déjà équipés, l’année dernière.A l’issue de cette tournée, son geste a été salué par plusieurs autorités religieuses du Fouta, sa région d’origine, telles que Thierno Aliou Thiam de Ourossogui, Thierno Cheikh Niang de Boynadji, et l’influent Thierno Samassa de Matam.
Ce dernier s’est même entretenu avec la féministe qu’il présente comme « une enfant de la maison qui sera toujours accompagnée de prières ».
