Les revendications pour l’augmentation des salaires continuent au niveau du secteur de la santé. La F2s, qui dénonce un manque d’équité dans la prise en charge salariale des agents de la santé et de l’action sociale, est en grève depuis hier pour 48 heures.

Le secteur de la santé a renoué avec des mouvements d’humeur. La Fédération des syndicats de la santé (F2s) a entamé depuis hier, une grève générale de 48h. Les syndicalistes, qui continuent la lutte pour réclamer l’équité dans la prise en charge salariale des agents de la santé et de l’action sociale, ont prévu, dans leur plan d’actions, le port de brassard rouge, un sit-in, des assemblées générales, la semaine du 17 au 23 octobre 2022, et une marche nationale, le 28 octobre 2022.

Dans un communiqué, la F2s accuse le gouvernement d’être «le seul coupable» des désagréments qui seront notés dans les structures de santé. Cheikh Seck et ses camarades accusent la ministre de la Santé et de l’action sociale «qui, par un simple e-mail de son Drh, a envoyé comme instruction, aux structures sanitaires, de créer la discrimination dans la répartition de l’enveloppe budgétaire mise à disposition pour les travailleurs». Quant à l’Etat, il lui est reproché de continuer à «faire la sourde oreille et préfère ignorer les revendications syndicales légitimes des travailleurs du service public de la santé». Et pourtant, insiste la F2s, il «ne s’est pas gêné d’octroyer une augmentation des salaires de 90 000 à 300 000 frs Cfa en faveur des agents de la Fonction publique et cela au détriment de plusieurs agents du secteur public des établissements publics de santé, des collectivités locales, des universités publiques et autres».

Selon les syndicalistes, «l’Etat a fini de créer un sentiment de frustration, de négligence, de laissés-pour-compte chez les agents de santé parce que la mise en œuvre des accords signés avec les syndicats de la santé a été mal faite». Et d’expliquer : «En effet, en omettant les travailleurs dans les établissements publics de santé, les collectivités locales et les universités, de même que dans les programmes et projets de santé, l’Etat du Sénégal, et le ministère de la Santé particulièrement, a fini de violer, de façon flagrante, le principe universel : «A travail égal, salaire égal.».» Pour trouver une solution à ce problème, les membres de cette organisation syndicale demandent «au Premier ministre de s’impliquer, en toute responsabilité, dans toutes les revendications transversales pour que des mesures correctrices soient prises dans les meilleurs délais afin de rétablir l’équité dans le traitement salarial des agents de santé employés par l’Etat et/ou ses démembrements».

En outre, «la F2s interpelle la ministre de la Santé et de l’action sociale pour le suivi des protocoles et négociations sur les points de revendication qui concernent son département notamment : l’augmentation des subventions accordées aux hôpitaux et la détermination de critères d’allocation objectifs, le remboursement des créances relatives à la Cmu, le statut du personnel communautaire, le plan de carrière des personnels paramédicaux, l’ouverture des concours d’entrée directs à l’Endss».
