Le Procureur de la République qui veut situer les responsabilités, a demandé la comparution de Mahmoud Saleh, ex Dircab du chef de l’Etat et du chef du protocole de la Présidence de la République, au procès des deux gendarmes mis en cause dans cette affaire.
Ils seront entendus à titre de témoin ou à titre de renseignements, renseigne “L’Observateur”. A signaler que le procès prévu vendredi passé a été renvoyé jusqu’au dernier du vendredi du mois d’octobre 2022, à la demande du parquet.
Le procureur compte envoyer une citation à comparaître à de Mahmoud Saleh et au chef du protocole de la Présidence de la République.
Le parquet veut faire toute la lumière dans cette vaste entreprise de trafic de passeports diplo’ et avoir une idée sur la gestion du parapheur de la Présidence destiné au ministère des Affaires étrangères, pour la confection de passeports diplomatiques.
Dans cette affaire, au total six personnes, dont deux gendarmes, ont été arrêtées, entre la Présidence de la République et le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et des Sénégalais de l’Extérieur.
Il s’agit des hommes d’affaires Limamoulaye Seck (l’homme au cœur du réseau) et Aly Ndao, Badara Sambou et Cheikh Ibnou Araby Samb, tous les deux agents au ministère des Affaires étrangères.
Le gendarme Assane Ndione, en service au Bureau des passeports diplomatiques du ministère des Affaires étrangères, facilitait l’enrôlement et le retrait des documents après leur confection.
Il y a également l’adjudant-chef Ousseynou Bâ, en service à la Présidence. Il glissait les demandes dans le courrier de l’aide de camp qui devait être soumis, pour approbation, au président de la République.
