La Cour suprême de Dakar n’a pas rendu sa décision sur la requête en référé de Me Abdoulaye Tine. Le délibéré est renvoyé au 23 juin 2022. Cette demande du le président du l’Union sociale et libérale (Usl) est pour faire respecter la décision de la cour de justice de la Cedeao.
En effet, une requête de Me Abdoulaye Tine avait conduit au jugement de la Cour de Justice de la Cedeao. L’instance, à travers son arrêt du 28 avril 2021, ordonnait le retrait de la loi sur le parrainage dans un délai de 6 mois. Une décision non encore exécuté par le Sénégal.
Il y a deux mois, le président du l’Union sociale et libérale (Usl) a saisi la Cour suprême. Me Abdoulaye Tine appelait la juridiction à suspendre l’arrêté n°004071 du 3 mars 2022 du ministre de l’Intérieur. L’arrêté visé fixe les modalités du parrainage pour les élections législatives du 31 juillet 2022. Dans la logique de Me Abdoulaye Tine et de son avocat Me Assane Dioma Ndiaye, un arrêté ministériel ne peut transcender l’arrêt de la Cour de Justice de la Cedeao.
