Car Diamaguène Sicap Mbao étouffe des inondations. Les populations souffrent et peinent à se déplacer à cause de ses routes submergées par les eaux pluviales», dénonce le coordonnateur du mouvement Alioune Badara Sow.
Autres doléances exprimées par ces populations de Diamaguène Sicap Mbao, la prise en compte de leur commune dans les grands projets de l’Etat comme Promoville, Pacasen et l’érection d’un lycée. «Diamaguène Sicap Mbao mérite beaucoup plus de considération de la part de l’Etat. Nous souhaitons notre prise en compte dans les grands projets de l’Etat que sont Promoville et Pacasen. Nous voulons également un lycée car c’est devenu une forte demande sociale», ajoute-t-il.
