Les élections législatives se profilent à l’horizon. Ainsi, le Directeur général des Élections s’est fendu d’un communiqué, ce jeudi 9 juin.
Tanor Thiendella Fall « rappelle aux coalitions de partis politiques en lice pour les élections législatives du 31 juillet 2022, que conformément aux dispositions de l’article L.68 du Code électoral, ils doivent désigner un plénipotentiaire auprès de chaque Préfet de département où ils ont présenté des listes de candidats».
Sur ce, il a précisé dans le document que la lettre de désignation de ce plénipotentiaire doit être notifiée au Préfet cinquante (50) jours avant la date du scrutin, c’est-à-dire le vendredi 10 juin 2022.
